Salesforce Program ManagerChicago, IL (Hybrid, 3-4 days from office)Key Skills & Experience• Strong experience managing large scale Salesforce programmes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations)• Proven expertise in enterprise tech remediation / modernisation programmes• Strong understanding of integration heavy landscapes (MuleSoft, APIs, ERP, downstream platforms)• Experience working with pharma / life sciences clients is a strong plus• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsDeep experience with Agile at scale, hybrid delivery, and governance frameworks
