The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring the efficient handling of case files. The role requires strict attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients to support litigation processes.QualificationsSkilled in Legal Research to support litigation and case strategiesExperience in drafting Pleadings and MotionsStrong organizational, time-management, and communication abilitiesBachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferredLawsuit experience or familiarity with corporate/commercial litigation is a plusHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
