We focus on protecting and improving our clients’ assets while delivering excellent service to both owners and residents.We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Resident Relations Coordinator to support our leasing and property management operations.Role DescriptionThe Resident Relations Coordinator is responsible for handling the administrative side of the leasing process while helping maintain high occupancy levels across our residential portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective tenants and supports leasing, renewals, communication, and general office coordination.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesRespond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platformsProcess rental applications and assist with screening proceduresPrepare lease documents and onboarding paperworkCoordinate move-ins and move-outsMaintain accurate tenant and property recordsAssist with lease renewals and resident communicationMonitor leasing activity and vacancy statusCoordinate with maintenance and management teams as neededSupport general office and administrative operationsDeliver excellent customer service to residents and property ownersQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage priorities efficientlyComfortable working with software systems and online platformsProfessional demeanor and positive attitudePrior leasing, property management, administrative, or real estate experience preferredAlabama real estate license is a plus, but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferredCompensation and Benefits$20-22/hour (based on experience)Paid Time OffProfessional growth opportunities10 paid holidays per year Positive team-oriented work environment
