We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.Your opportunity:As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead high-performing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and ensuring world-class quality, safety, and delivery performance.Your work will directly impact business success by achieving production targets, optimizing manufacturing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement across operations.What you'll do:Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, KPIs, and on-time delivery targetsDrive continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen) initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety performanceMonitor and analyze production metrics, schedule attainment, and labor utilization, adjusting staffing and capacity as neededCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, scheduling, and quality teams to resolve production challengesImplement and maintain workplace safety standards and compliance, conducting training and ensuring adherence to policiesUtilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage labor tracking, inventory accuracy, and manufacturing workflowsCoach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, cross-training, and leadership development programsWhat you'll bring:ExperienceProduction Supervisor IIManufacturing Experience: 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production managementLeadership Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environmentProduction Supervisor IIIManufacturing Experience: 68 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production managementLeadership Experience: 46 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environmentProduction Supervisor II/IIISystems and software: ERP systems (SAP preferred), manufacturing systems, workforce management tools, Microsoft OfficeProven proficiency in:Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S methodologiesProduction scheduling, capacity planning, and KPI managementTeam leadership, employee engagement, and performance managementCross-functional collaboration in supply chain and operations planningMaintaining safety compliance and quality standards in manufacturing environmentsEducation:Associate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)Bachelor's degree preferredPreferred Certifications:Continuous Improvement / Lean Certification (EPPIC or similar)Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferredSAP certification or advanced ERP training preferredKey Competencies:CommunicationConflict ManagementPlanning & PrioritizationQuality FocusSafety AwarenessCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
