We are an ambitious and innovative company and look forward to the unique experiences and different points of view you'll bring to the table while fostering a spirit of communication.Job OverviewResponsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on production equipment and throughout the facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance (routine and emergency) on company machines, including but not limited to injection molding machines, extrusion and corrugation machines, material dryers, chiller system, sonic weldersPerform maintenance (routine and emergency) on other company assets, including but not limited to assembly and test fixturing, automated assembly linesAssist Engineering in designing and producing production fixturingAssist toolroom in troubleshooting and repairing injection molds and manual toolroom equipmentPerform maintenance throughout the facility, including plumbing, light fixture repair/replacement, HVAC repair, and other duties as necessaryCoordinate w/ third party companies for facility and equipment repairs as necessaryMaintain maintenance records for facilityMaintain a clean and organized work areaOther assignments as directed by immediate supervisor or their designeeEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED (required)3+ years related experience in facility and/or machine maintenanceSkills & CompetenciesAbility to speak, read, and write English (required)Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and communicate solutions effectivelyAbility to setup and operate various machines, including manual mill and lathe, drill press, grinding machine, and variety of hand toolsAbility to review and interpret technical prints, electrical and plumbing schematics, etcComputer literate Additional on-the-job training providedPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 poundsTemperature controlled facility with office and light manufacturing environment; non-smoking; safety hazards minimal with daily use of some chemicals; company provided smock and hairnet mandatory in all controlled production areas.BenefitsWe are passionate about the well-being of others and that begins with caring for our people.💰Competitive salary🧠Multiple opportunities to be challenged and step up your career in a fast-growth company💹401k🏖️Paid Time Off and holidays🥼Medical, dental, and vision benefits👀Much more...
