Finish Grade Operator

A&R Development Group is seeking an experienced Finish Grade Operator to join our growing site development team.This position requires a skilled operator who can safely and efficiently operate multiple types of heavy equipment while completing precise grading work. The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential and commercial site development projects and be able to complete assigned work with minimal supervision. Equipment Experience Required Applicants must be experienced in operating: Motor grader Dozer Skid steer Excavator Required Experience Applicants must have experience with: Fine grading and finish grading Grading limerock for roads, parking lots, and building pads Constructing and grading house pads Establishing proper elevations and slopes Preparing areas for curb, sidewalk, concrete, and asphalt Commercial and residential site development Reading grade stakes and understanding elevations Maintaining a clean and safe work area Performing daily equipment inspections Experience operating equipment equipped with GPS or machine-control systems is preferred.
