Contract Program Manager
Role Description
Agile5 Technologies is seeking a high-authority Contract Program Manager to serve as the primary administrative and technical focal point for a major government program. This role carries the authority and accountability to commit corporate resources to ensure the satisfactory attainment of project objectives, including schedule, performance, quality, and cost. The ideal candidate will act as the principal interface with senior customer management, directing all technical, fiscal, and administrative aspects of the assigned work while maintaining total oversight of personnel and subcontractor performance.
Job Duties
Serve as the centralized administrative and technical lead for the program, interfacing directly with the highest levels of customer management.
Responsible for the appropriate and successful supervision, controls, reviews, inspections, and coordination of all employees and subcontractors.
Establish, direct, and control program budgets and schedules, ensuring all fiscal and administrative aspects of the work remain on track.
Exercise the authority to commit corporate resources to ensure project objectives are met regarding performance, quality, and client relations.
Direct the planning and execution of all program phases, establishing priorities to meet both corporate and client mission goals.
Manage the inspection and management of all services performed under the contract to ensure 100% adherence to quality standards.
Function under general supervision while reporting program status, risks, and achievements directly to corporate management.
Qualifications
Proven ability to make high-stakes decisions regarding corporate resource allocation.
Demonstrated success interfacing with C-suite or senior government executive leadership.
Experience coordinating and inspecting the work of external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Expertise in budget establishment, forecasting, and cost-to-complete analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience (or 14 years of indirectly related experience).
Master’s/MBA: Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience.
PhD: Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience.
