Job DescriptionTHE JOB AT A GLANCEThe Brand Traffic Controller supports operational excellence within Shared Services by coordinating task flow, strengthening cross-functional communication and ensuring disciplined workflow management across teams.The role is accountable for maintaining clear visibility of priorities, deadlines and resource allocation, ensuring that work moves efficiently across Shared Services, Analytics and Operations environments. By proactively monitoring task progress, managing dependencies and identifying risks early, the role minimizes bottlenecks and protects delivery timelines.Through structured coordination, reporting discipline and continuous process refinement, the Traffic Controller enhances service reliability, improves operational efficiency and ensures alignment with business priorities and performance expectations.By ensuring disciplined task coordination and resource alignment, the Traffic Controller strengthens service delivery efficiency and supports the broader strategic objectives of the People and Brand division.What You Will DoTask & Workflow ManagementOversee the flow of tasks across Shared Services, ensuring alignment to agreed priorities and deadlinesMonitor workload distribution and ensure timely completion of deliverablesMaintain structured task tracking systems to provide visibility across the teamIdentify and address workflow gaps that may delay delivery.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as liaison between Shared Services, Analytics and Operations teamsFacilitate clear communication on priorities, dependencies and progressEnsure alignment between teams to prevent duplication or delaysResolve coordination issues proactively to avoid operational bottlenecks.Resource & Scheduling ManagementMonitor resource allocation to ensure optimal utilisation across projectsMaintain schedules and timelines to support efficient project deliveryAssist with capacity planning and workload balancingSupport the Team Leader in prioritisation and sequencing of work.Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular status updates to the Team Leader on task progress and risksPrepare reports on workload, timelines and delivery performanceFlag delays or emerging risks early and escalate where requiredMaintain transparent communication across stakeholders.Process Improvement Continuously review traffic management processes to improve efficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline task coordination systemsSupport refinement of workflow tools and shared service practicesPromote disciplined task governance and operational clarity.What You Will Get In ReturnWe offer great opportunities for personal and professional development in a stable company that is 132 years strong.
