We offer virtually all available ancillary services including HVAC, Septic, Mold/Air Quality testing, WDIR, radon and commercial inspections.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an experienced NC Licensed Home Inspector located in the greater Wilmington, NC and/or surrounding counties. The Licensed Home Inspector will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports. Daily tasks will also include assessing the condition of various home systems such as electrical, plumbing, and structural components. The inspector will liaise with property owners, buyers, and real estate agents to communicate inspection results clearly and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires the inspector to keep updated on property management practices and contribute to new business development by identifying potential opportunities for service expansion.
