Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperLinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.Position OverviewLinTech Global is seeking a mid-level Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly low-code solutions.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the Power Platform, understands enterprise environments, and can work independently on moderately complex solutions while following governance and best practices.Design, build, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DataverseCollaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly low-code solutionsContribute in an enterprise environment, following governance and best practicesJob DutiesDesign, develop, and support solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)Build and maintain workflows and integrations using Power AutomateDevelop reports and dashboards using Power BIConfigure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and data modelsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems (via connectors, APIs, or Azure services)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsTroubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power Platform solutionsFollow established governance, security, and deployment standardsParticipate in testing, documentation, and user support activitiesRequired QualificationsIAT II/Security+ce is Required to StartAn active Secret Clearance is Required to Start3-5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power PlatformStrong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIExperience working with Dataverse and data modeling conceptsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)Understanding of environment management, solution packaging, and deploymentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication skills and experience working directly with business usersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL)Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, or REST APIsExperience in an enterprise or regulated environmentMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or similar)Experience with Agile or ITSM-based development processesCompany DescriptionLinTech Global is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
