Manufacturing Associates

Work in a fast-paced production environment where roasted coffee is packaged daily using production equipment. This role requires strict adherence to quality, accuracy, inventory control procedures, and certified organic manufacturing standards. Associates will operate weigh-and-fill machines and other semi-automatic packaging equipment, including labelers and tapers. The position involves working around lift tables, manual pallet jacks, and material transfer carts, and handling packaging materials in multiple sizes and configurations while following established material-handling procedures.
