Robert Half is partnering with our client in this search, a Fortune 500 leader in the telecommunications and digital services industry, to hire a UX Designer for a highly collaborative digital product and customer experience team.Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extendLocation: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid onsite 3–4 days/week)Hours: 40 hours/weekPay Rate: $55–60/hour (W2)Position Overview:The UX Designer will play a hands-on role in designing customer-facing digital products and services focused on delivering seamless, engaging user experiences and visually elevated interfaces. This individual will collaborate closely with creative leadership, product, marketing, sales, brand, and engineering teams to help shape digital experiences that align user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, is highly detail-oriented, and has experience balancing multiple design initiatives simultaneously. A strong portfolio featuring recent web and mobile product work is required for consideration.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of user interface solutions across customer-facing digital products and experiencesCreate visually compelling, pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand standards and enhance usabilityIdentify user experience challenges, propose creative solutions, and contribute strategic recommendations to improve digital interactionsDevelop interactive prototypes for experimentation, stakeholder presentations, and usability testingPartner cross-functionally with creative, product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams throughout the full design lifecycleApply usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices across web and mobile platformsProduce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and detailed design specifications for development teamsContribute to and help evolve scalable design systems, style guides, and UI standardsSupport iterative design improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and testing insightsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and qualityQualifications:7+ years of UX and visual design experience within a digital product organization, agency, or enterprise environmentExpertise in designing intuitive, visually polished user interfaces across responsive web and mobile experiencesExperience building or contributing to scalable design systems and component librariesStrong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and cross-platform UI best practicesExperience creating interactive prototypes and collaborating within Agile product development environmentsAdvanced visual design skills including typography, layout, iconography, and data visualizationAbility to translate conceptual ideas into production-ready assets and developer-friendly specificationsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skills with experience partnering across business, creative, and technical teamsProficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsPLEASE NOTE: A portfolio showcasing recent e-commerce-focused web and mobile design work is required for consideration.The salary range for this position is $55-60/hour.
