Our team values creativity, intentionality, and growth.The Intent Internship Program offers students and early professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, and professional development while contributing directly to projects that impact our clients and brand.RESPONSIBILITIESInterns may assist with:Marketing & ContentCreating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, etc.)Assisting with blog publishing, graphics, and email campaignsMonitoring analytics and providing insights on engagement and performanceOperations & OrganizationSupporting digital file organization and workflow documentationAssisting with task/project tracking in NotionLearning and supporting business management processesClient & Brand SupportHelping prepare materials for professional organizing + business management projectsAssisting in client research and market researchContributing ideas to improve customer experience and brand presenceSpecific weekly assignments will be outlined in advance and adjusted based on ongoing projects.
