Our team values creativity, intentionality, and growth.The Intent Internship Program offers students and early professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, and professional development while contributing directly to projects that impact our clients and brand.RESPONSIBILITIESInterns may assist with:Marketing & ContentCreating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, etc.)Assisting with blog publishing, graphics, and email campaignsMonitoring analytics and providing insights on engagement and performanceOperations & OrganizationSupporting digital file organization and workflow documentationAssisting with task/project tracking in NotionLearning and supporting business management processesClient & Brand SupportHelping prepare materials for professional organizing + business management projectsAssisting in client research and market researchContributing ideas to improve customer experience and brand presenceSpecific weekly assignments will be outlined in advance and adjusted based on ongoing projects. QUALIFICATIONSStrong interest in marketing, business management, or professional organizingFamiliarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, and Notion (training provided)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and willing to learnAbility to commit 6–10 hours per week What You’ll GainHands-on experience with business management and marketing toolsExposure to both creative and operational sides of running a businessProfessional development through weekly check-ins and mentorshipA completed portfolio of projects to showcase in future rolesOpportunity to contribute ideas and see them implemented CompensationThis is an unpaid internship designed for professional development and mentorship.
