Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoOperate mobile equipment, including forklifts, loaders, skid steers, and other vehicles, in compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.Transport raw materials, finished products, and other items between production, storage, and shipping areas.Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.Report equipment malfunctions, damage, or unsafe conditions to supervision promptly.Follow production schedules to support timely product flow and minimize downtime.Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety and environmental standards.Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll NeedSafe operation of mobile equipment, including forklifts, loaders, and skid steers.Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic problem-solving and communication skills.Your Education* High School Diploma or GED requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
