This is a union role.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain plant production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipmentEnsure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctionsLocate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; use precision measuring and testing instrumentsControl downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitor complianceConduct machine installs and repairs, maintenance and facilities repair, including electrical, mechanical, welding, fabrication of special parts as neededJob RequirementsHigh school, trade school; or at least two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong electrical and mechanical experience, preferably in an industrial environmentTechnical understanding and basic safety knowledgeKnowledge of basic hand and power toolsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.CompensationThe hourly pay rate is $23.08 - $32/hr401(k) plan / group retirement savings programShort-term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
