Pastry Cook

Silver Dove is looking to hire a full-time pastry cook. The pastry cook at Silver Dove Afternoon Tea supports the pastry chef with prep and production of baked goods and their components. Responsibilities include: Assisting the pastry chef in the production of pastries and components  Updating inventory and prep lists Scaling recipes to different batch sizes Skills and experience:  Minimum 2 years professional baking or pastry experience required, or a culinary degree in pastry/baking Organization and cleanliness  Hours:  Early morning availability (6AM start) required Sunday morning availability required Compensation:  $25/hr About USSilver Dove Afternoon Tea is a 48-seat restaurant specializing in English style afternoon tea service that has been operating in Downtown Boston since February 2023.
