You'll follow a planned daily route across the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis, meeting with property managers and facility teams who control repair decisions. Our service is simple, highly visual, and easy to stand behind-once people see the results, they tend to keep calling you back. No prior sales experience is required. Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day Visit 12-15 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, and St. Louis Park Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships Ask thoughtful questions to understand each property's repair needs and priorities Follow up with contacts, keep your pipeline active, and turn early conversations into long-term accounts Log visits, notes, and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins, numbers, and coaching insights What Makes You Successful HereWe don't require a sales background - we look for the right habits and mindset.
