Playwright Automation Test EngineerHe/she needs to work in a hybrid model, at least 2 days from Whippany NJ office. Job Description:8+ years of relevant experienceTest Development: Create, maintain, and execute automated UI and API test scripts using Playwright.Experience in Selenium and API test Automation.Framework Design: Build or enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks.CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git) for continuous testing.Cross-Browser Testing: Validate web application functionality across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.Collaboration & Quality: Partner with developers to analyze PRDs, identify gaps, and ensure high test coverage.Defect Management: Analyze test results and report bugs using tools like Jira.Required Skills and QualificationsCore Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.Languages: Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.Testing Types: Experience with UI testing, API testing (REST/JSON), and backend validation.Tools & Technologies: Knowledge of Docker, cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs), and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Reach me @813-680-1189
