CNO DevSecOps Engineer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This rewarding and challenging position supports the Department of Defense (DoD) to produce CI/CD pipelines for a wide range of capabilities to improve cyberspace operations and defend U.S. vital national security interests. This position can be worked as hybrid position and requires being in the office 2-4 times per month, depending on customer needs.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToProvide Cyber Network Operations (CNO) expertise in support of the DevSecOps Software Factory for Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Information Warfare (IW) capability development and mission executionFollow processes compliant with the published DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference DesignImplement CI/CD pipeline technology stacks across multiple security classifications and enhance the cybersecurity of CNO capabilities leading to Certificate to Field (CtF)Implement IaC and CaC technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes Operators, AWS Cloud Formation, and others to deploy a variety of Kubernetes-based DevSecOps platforms (Kubernetes upstream, Rancher, OpenShift, VMWare Tanzu) for unclassified and classified on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Develop various backend/automated processes for the automation of the CNO capability accreditation process in Python or other modern programming language as approved by the GovernmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 7+ yrs of relevant technical experience5+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and AnsibleKnowledge of DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference DesignDoD 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certificationPreferred QualificationsKubernetes certificationCloud certification such as AWS, Azure, GCP or similarDemonstrated expertise of software development using languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, React, Node.js Go, etcDemonstrated work experience with database and data storage technologies such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Hadoop, Cloudera, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similarSecurity Clearance RequirementActive/Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical RequirementsMust be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
