We're currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to work with our end users. Staff tests and document software functions and features, troubleshoots, and resolves issues. The ideal candidate would work well in a small-company, agile environment and be able to understand and configure complex processes and provide general support. Testing and documentation require attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. This is not a development position, but technical skills are necessary. Problem resolution will involve technical challenges such as researching and resolving issues with software applications on personal computers as well as servers.
