Data And Analytics Program ManagerExperienced program manager for our high-tech client, leading projects for their PPA Portfolio within the Data and Analytics team, with high accuracy and excellent communication. Will report to Jade's program office, with additional client reporting structure.As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving success of customer projects and portfolios from start to finish, participating in project reviews, managing disposition of issues and project scope changes, managing project plans created collaboratively with you and your project sponsor, and reviewing team project work tasks with objectives to stay on time and on budget. You will provide status and progress reviews and conduct risk management analysis as required. You will proactively seek advice and support from your client Project Sponsor and PMO office as needed to ensure full compliance to Jade and client method and project requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related coursesAt least 7 years of direct experience in a full-time Program or Project Management role with a proven record of successConsulting experience helpfulExperienced in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams and customersAble to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfallAble to balance critical issue resolution and competing prioritiesInterested in further growth opportunities and training in Project Management capabilities and methodsPrevious formal training in project management preferred, including SAFe, Agile Alliance, PMI and PRINCE2 methodologiesStrong communication skills - able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsorsClient-required Skills And ExperienceProgram PlanningAssessing cross-functional dependenciesCross-functional collaboration and influencingStakeholder managementSetting up governance forums like Core Leads, OpCo, SteercoExecutive status reportingAbility to drive strategic, technical and tactical discussions with business unitsAdvanced skills with Powerpoint (audience will be P5, P5+1)Ability to quickly learn ServiceNow Project Management and Agile toolsWorking with teams spread across multiple locations
