Lead Developer
Who we are looking forWe are looking for a lead developer to plan, manage & deliver our various projects. Your job will be to oversee your projects during their entire life-cycle. This includes the responsibilities of estimation, technical planning, management of work and ensuring deadlines are met on the project. Usually you will co-ordinate the work of 4-6 developers.For the salary and other benefits of the job or to find out more about our vision please visit our career page.Your Responsibilities Will Includework closely with our long-term customer to ensure their successmanage the work of 4-6 developers across 2-3 projectstake full ownership of projects:define requirementstake leading part in the technical planning and estimationbreak down requirements to implementable task definitionsmanage, track and report project progress internally and externallyensure our deadlines are mettake leading role in code reviews and mentoringensure our high quality code standards are methold well-being meetings with members of your teamtake part in development processWe Expect You To Havedeep understanding of NodeJSdeep understanding of how databases work (Postgres & MSSQL)solid understanding of how to write effective SQL queriessolid knowledge of HTML and (S)CSSat least ~5 years work-experience in software developmentat least ~3 years work-experience with building APIsat least ~2 years work-experience with Angular 2+experience with unit, integration and e2e testingability to manage the work of other developers on a projectgood communication skills both in Hungarian and Englishexperience in code-reviews and mentoringyou strive for perfection but can accept realities of a given situationproblem solver attitude, everything is a challenge for youIt's a Plus If Youhad completed a complex multi-year project beforeknow what continuous integration and continuous delivery isexperience with any other frontend frameworks beside Angularsense of beauty for UI and basic UXexperience with Azure in any area (storage, serverless, VMs)know Python or JavaOur Way Of Working And Toolswe work agile and leanwe use Githubproject management is via Github issues and milestoneson the backend we use NodeJS with NestJS or Expresson the frontend we develop with Angular & RxJSwe use Jest for unit testing and Cypress for E2E testingwe have CI/CD configured for each project via Github Actionsour smaller projects are Hosted on Herokuour larger projects are hosted on AzureLet's apply!We will conquer the world together!
