You'll work closely with senior leaders to influence people strategy, strengthen a high‐performance culture, and ensure our teams are supported, engaged, and fully equipped for success. You'll take the lead on employee and labor relations in our unionized environment guiding managers through fair, consistent grievance and performance processes. You'll elevate the employee experience through hands‐on coaching, dynamic training programs, and thoughtful talent development initiatives. From driving recruitment and onboarding to supporting safety programs, HR operations, and compliance, you'll be at the center of building a workplace where people feel valued, confident, and proud to contribute. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every single day in a fast‐moving, people‐focused, globally recognized organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operations leaders to support daily HR needs in a fast-paced environmentAdminister and interpret the Master National Agreement (MNA)Manage a high volume of FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absenceSupport organizational changes and communication during PHX transformationConduct investigations, corrective action, and employee relations supportManage recruitment, onboarding, and training programsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain HRIS accuracy, personnel files, and reportingSupport workers' compensation, safety initiatives, and return‐to‐work plansQualifications5–7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a unionized environmentStrong experience with FMLA, ADA, and high-volume leave administrationExperience supporting change management and organizational transitionsBackground working with operations teams (manufacturing, warehouse, production, airline, logistics, etc.)Strong employee relations, investigations, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work flexible hours (early mornings, nights, weekends, and off-hours)HR certification preferred
