Implementation Project Manager
Implementation Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking a fully remote Implementation Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading end to end delivery of Healthcare SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful execution from kickoff through go live and transition to support. This role emphasizes clear communication, strong project governance, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management to deliver consistent, high quality client outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders, owns all project communications and artifacts, manages timelines and resources, and ensures adherence to delivery standards and governance requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Overall Project Ownership & Governance
Own project delivery from initiation through closure, including readiness, go live, and handoff to Support.
Ensure adherence to established project management standards, processes, and governance.
Maintain delivery accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and tools.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
Lead client meetings, status calls, and working sessions.
Provide regular internal and external status updates.
Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and decisions.
Project Planning & Artifacts
Create and maintain core project artifacts (charter, plan, scope, RACI).
Ensure documentation is current, version controlled, and accessible.
Maintain project records to support reporting and audit readiness.
Task & Resource Management
Break down scope into actionable tasks with clear ownership.
Track task progress, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Plan resource needs and escalate capacity or resourcing gaps.
Update timelines and forecasts as project needs evolve.
Risk, Issue & Escalation Management
Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues.
Develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans.
Escalate risks or issues that threaten scope, timeline, or quality.
Track escalations through resolution and communicate outcomes.
