Sales and Business Development Manager – Structural Steel, Galvanizing and Fireproofing SalesKey ResponsibilitiesSell structural steel products to steel fabricators, general contractors, EPC contractors, and industrial customers focused on Refining, Power Gen, LNG / Oil & Gas Manufacturing & Commercial Structures.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, estimators, project managers, and procurement teams.Track projects from bid stage through award and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.Make outbound sales calls, perform job site visits, and attend industry events.Deliver exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.QualificationsProven outside sales experience in structural steel sales or industrial construction products (3+ years preferred).Strong understanding of the construction/steel industry and the ability to read structural drawings is a big plus.Established network with fabricators, contractors, or EPCs in the US is highly desired.Self-motivated with a true hunter mentality and ability to work independently in the field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time.Required SkillsProven outside sales experience in structural steel sales or industrial construction products.Strong understanding of the construction/steel industry.Ability to read structural drawings.Established network with fabricators, contractors, or EPCs in the US.Self-motivated with a true hunter mentality.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time.Preferred SkillsExperience in the structural steel sales or industrial construction products.Established network with fabricators, contractors, or EPCs in the US.About the CompanyBell & McCoy Companies was established in 1972 and covers the Southern, Southeastern, and Southwestern US.
