General Labor - 1st shift - 6:45am-3:15pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform repetitive assembly operations to fabricate sub-assemblies having a limited number of parts and details and involving simple fitting and adjusting requirements for liners and outer shells. Products standardized and methods prescribed. Use assembly fixtures and power type bench tools. Do simple fitting, aligning and adjusting. Recognize cabinet defects and seek Supervisor's approval to undertake necessary rework. Set up adjust and operate polyurethane foam-making equipment to insulate coolers, refrigeration cabinetry and variety of other products. Use rule, scale, calipers and micrometer to check and inspect work. Work from part and assembly drawings. Assignments are given progress supervision and check; final assemblies are inspected and tested. REQUIREMENTS Work requires education with minimum of a High School diploma or GED. Candidate must be mechanically inclined, past assembly or related type of experiences is preferred. Candidate must be able to become familiar with materials, techniques and procedures and be able to meet dexterity and proficiency requirements. The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
