Chief Executive Officer | Confidential Company | Southern California (Onsite)“We are seeking a true operator—someone who has led from the front, built teams in the field, and driven performance in a 24/7, service-driven environment.”Reaction Search International, a Forbes-ranked executive search firm, has been retained to identify a Chief Executive Officer for a well-established, family-owned services business with approximately $100M in revenue, 500 employees, and multi-location operations across Southern California.This is a mission-critical leadership role overseeing a 24/7, field-based operation built on trust, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships.The CEO will lead the organization through its next phase of growth while preserving the culture, values, and service standards that have defined its success.This is not a boardroom-only CEO role.This is a hands-on leadership position requiring visibility in the field, credibility with frontline teams, and the ability to drive performance across a complex, service-driven organization.Key Focus Areas• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations• Drive operational discipline, consistency, and accountability• Own full P&L performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability• Build and develop a strong leadership team across a large frontline workforce• Maintain a customer-first culture centered on reliability and responsiveness• Reinforce safety, compliance, and operational excellence• Partner closely with ownership on strategy and long-term growthIdeal Profile• Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, President, COO, GM)• Background in field-based, service-driven or asset-heavy industries(equipment rental, environmental services, construction, logistics, or similar)• Demonstrated success leading multi-location operations at scale• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership• Hands-on, visible leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset• Ability to balance operational rigor with cultural stewardshipWhy This Role MattersThis organization has built a strong reputation through operational excellence and customer trust.
