Human Resources Information System Analyst

A growing organization is seeking a data‑driven HRIS Analyst to manage reporting, system configuration, and HR data integrity. This role supports HR operations through advanced analytics, UKG system expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration.Job Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst: • Heavy reporting and analytics across payroll, compensation, benefits, and turnover • Build and maintain reports using UKG and Cognos BI • Ensure data accuracy through auditing and system monitoring • Support system implementations, upgrades, and open enrollment • Partner with HR and leadership to deliver actionable insights • Drive process improvements and maintain HRIS documentationJob Requirements for the HRIS Analyst: • 3–5 years of HRIS or reporting experience • Strong UKG and Cognos BI expertise • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and macros preferred • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environmentFor more information, please APPLY today!
