Location: Telecommute Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $50 - 57 per hour Are you ready to drive compliance and accelerate brand velocity for a leading life sciences innovator? We are seeking a consultative, detail-driven specialist to manage the end-to-end review and routing of high-impact promotional and educational assets. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic liaison across cross-functional teams, leveraging Veeva PromoMats to streamline medical, legal, and regulatory approval workflows. Responsibilities: Orchestrate end-to-end Material Approval Process (MAP) workflows via Veeva PromoMats to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of commercial assets . Facilitate cross-functional alignment and negotiation sessions among Marketing, Medical, and Legal teams to drive consensus and maintain campaign momentum . Manage end-to-end project timelines and promotional inventory tracking to optimize resource allocation and asset deployment . Deliver transparent status reporting, meeting agendas, and schedule management to maximize cross-departmental efficiency and stakeholder visibility . Qualifications: 3-5+ years of direct experience driving pharmaceutical or medical materials routing through dedicated MAP/AdPromo/MLR review processes. Proven technical expertise navigating Veeva PromoMats or equivalent electronic workflow management platforms. Demonstrated track record in end-to-end project management, neutral facilitation, and multi-project prioritization under dynamic deadlines. - Strong collaborative communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and commercial print/fulfillment workflows.
