Job Description Serenity for Life, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting women with complex clinical needs, including co-occurring disorders.Position Overview:We are seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/inpatient environment.Qualifications:Active licensure or candidacy in one of the following: LPCLPCCLMFTLCSWLSWPsychologist (PhD/PsyD)Residential or inpatient treatment experience strongly recommendedExperience as a trauma therapist highly preferredComfort and competence working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disordersStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skillsSchedule:FT or PT positions availableWeekend availability preferred, but not requiredKey Responsibilities:Provide individual, group, and family therapy servicesDevelop and maintain individualized treatment plansCollaborate with medical, psychiatric, and support staffComplete timely and accurate clinical documentationParticipate in team meetings and case consultationsWhat We Offer:Supportive, team-oriented work environmentCompetitive compensation based on experience and licensureFlexible scheduling options (for part-time roles)Serenity for Life is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
