Theideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet therequired quality standards and comply with regulations. This roleinvolves utilizing precision measuring instruments, conducting qualityaudits, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure the highestlevel of product integrity.**Role and Responsibilities** Prepare all certification packets for Delegated and Non-DelegatedSource Inspections. Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness. Validates certifications for outside processing/outsidemanufacturing. Facilitate all customer source events. Coordinate any rework ofparts associated with non-conforming conditions identified in thesource event. Create all Dynamic Certificate of Conformances (CofCs) per customerrequirements. Maintain FAI checklists for all customers. Interfaces with Program Managers regarding status of customer partsin source queue. Comfortable working and transacting in ERP system, Net Inspect,Inspection Xpert, etc. Create First Article Inspection Plans for all new parts (BubbleEngineering Requirements) Initiate and complete First Article Inspection reports as needed. Performs final inspection/dimensional inspection as needed. Attend Department and Company Meetings. Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality ManagementSystem and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools andprotective equipment as applicable. Maintain company Stamp Control Log and issuing of stamps to approvedpersonnel. Perform other duties as assigned.Work Conditions Hand/finger dexterity. Visual acuity.
