Daily Census: Unit will max at 24 patients* "Normal population"= Intermediate population that is sub-specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.-SHIFT: 36 and 48s can be offered-Unit Will Accept 13 - 26 Weeks!-12 HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer***-Float Requirement: *FLOATING REQUIRED to other intermediate areas along with critical care.-Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends every 6 weeks, a total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sunday.PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Intermediate population that is sub specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This patient population will be geared towards the neurological patients along with the medical intermediate patient population.UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS/EPIC/SBARSCHEDULING TYPE: Self Schedule that is then balanced/approved by stafferUNIT ORIENTATION: 32 Hours, 8 hour computer class plus two shifts on the unit of orientation.SCRUBS: Any combination of navy blue and white.*** INTERNAL NOTES ******Candidates must be reviewed against the UD, not the track!***Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for, this specialty******Must have a teamwork approach and meet Novant behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff***
