Server PositionServers provide customers with more than their meals; these team members must act cordially toward guests, answer all questions with a strong familiarity of the menu, and maintain a strong relationship with the guest to ensure a quality experience, particularly with their food. Servers must work well in a team environment and maintain an upbeat personality even in a fast-paced environment. Individuals must be friendly, outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Candidates must offer availability on a regular basis, including lunch and dinner shifts as well as weekends.Responsibilities to include:Serve food courses and non/alcoholic beverages to guestsCommunicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availabilityCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchenCheck-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beveragesMaintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc. throughout the dayComplete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
