Dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainableA Customer Service -Confirmations Specialist will work on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist Duties & ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers over the phone and written channelsRespond to queries related to products and servicesHandle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and proceduresAny additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the businessQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
