Job Description Driver/WarehouseResponsibilitiesWarehouseConduct physical inventory count quarterly.Twice daily the following must be completed:Walk through shop with "pull from inventory" log and document if any of the following items are needed,Packaging (bags, trays, boxes, etc.)Raw materialsPalletsMove items on "pull from inventory" log to receiving or appropriate location. (Do not leave on dock)Verify with Scheduling if items are on reserve for upcoming production runs before returning items.Physically weigh all items to be returned.Ensure all items being returned have updated JobBoss labels on them.Return items to inventory and note location.When completed update JobBoss inventory system as soon as it's returned.Equipment Maintenance:Other: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on both pallet jacks and forklifts (tires, oil, battery, etc.)Consolidate "like" materials in the same locations.Keep pallets of boxes on low shelves. Boxes must be accessible at all times.Ensure the side of container that has the JobBoss label is facing outwards.Replace broken pallets or broken containers.Ensure pallets are pushed fully into their location and do not stick out.Clean up warehouse regularly. No trash left (wrappers, spilled material, or plastic wrap). Nothing laying around.When leaving the warehouse, always turn off the lights and lock the door.Follow all company policies and attendance guidelines.Other duties as assigned or requested.DriverDrive trucks with capacities less than three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations.Clean box truck regularly. At least weekly cleaning includes sweeping back of truck and cleaning cab of truck (no food, drinks, or garbage left).Inspect and maintain vehicles supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.Load and unload vehicles.Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicle.Report delays, accidents or other traffic and transportation situations.Verify the contents of truck loads against packing slips for customer deliveries.Deliver orders to customers.Interact with customers in a professional manner.Truck Maintenance: Check blue def, gas, lights, brakes, blinkers#INDSW
