This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely support.You will manage an existing book of personal lines clients, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience from policy servicing through renewal.Key ResponsibilitiesService a portfolio of Personal Lines clients (Auto, Home, Umbrella, etc.)Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changesQuote and remarket policies as neededRespond to client inquiries promptly and professionallyAssist with billing questions, coverage reviews, and policy guidanceMaintain accurate client records within the agency management systemCollaborate with producers and carrier partners to support retention and growthQualificationsExperience in Personal Lines insurance requiredActive Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain)Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, AMS360, or similar)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to client serviceWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $50,000 – $60,000Fully remote work environment (Florida residency required)Collaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunity for professional growth and developmentIf you are looking to join a team that values professionalism, service excellence, and long-term growth, we encourage you to apply or reach out to learn more.
