The individual in this position will process new account applications and account updates, maintain CRM database records, handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with clients, supporting finance-related queries, and collaborating with internal staff to deliver exceptional service experiences. The role requires a proactive and professional approach to managing relationships with clients.QualificationsProficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to provide excellent support and address client needs effectively.Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage relationships and ensure a positive client experience.Basic knowledge of Finance to assist clients with related inquiries and ensure accurate account management.Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset to handle complex situations with professionalism.Familiarity with CRM tools and software.Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Associates degree or higher; additional certifications in customer service or finance are beneficial.
