As a People Operations specialist, you will partner with the Associate Manager, People Operations to design and deliver an unparalleled employee experience while enabling exceptional business results. You will partner with department leaders in managing and enhancing the employee onboarding experience, mastering employee communications, and ensuring HRIS integrity.Requirements0-1 years People Operations/HR experienceBasic knowledge of HR processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience presenting information in a public speaking settingExperience in Excel (e.g. experience with vlookups and pivot tables)A love for creating beautiful, easy to understand presentations and documentsAn incredible level of attention to detail and organizationExperience developing and fine-tuning processesExperience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment preferredExperience working with Workday or other HRIS preferredBachelor's degree in HR, Business, and/or other related fieldResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional new hire onboarding experienceCommunicate with new hires prior to starting to ensure all new hire documents and onboarding preparation is completeCommunicate with hiring managers, talent acquisition team, IT team, and People Operations leadership regarding upcoming new hiresPartner with the Associate Manager, People Operations on all parts of the new hire onboarding process including HRIS system, background checks, I-9 compliance, and employee files maintenance, and onboarding surveysAssist with People Operations programs such as employee recognition, intern onboarding and offboarding, other programs as neededAssist in various People Operations compliance tasks in collaboration with People Operations leaders, legal, and SecurityAssist in managing internal employee resource article database, ZendeskOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Workday or other HRIS preferredExperience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment preferredExperience with onboarding employees outside of the US
