DescriptionHammond Lumber Company, voted 2025's Best Places to Work in Maine and 2025's Best Company To Work For In New Hampshire, is seeking a Full-Time Millwork Sales and Support Associate for our Belgrade, Maine location.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with sales team to support customer needs and generate accurate quotesLearns and utilizes millwork quoting software to prepare detailed and timely estimatesAssists customers by providing product information, pricing, and creative solutionsMaintains organized and accurate documentation for quotes, orders, and customer interactionsContributes to department efficiency by supporting workflow improvements and ensuring quoting accuracyIdeal Candidate AttributesEffective team player who collaborates well with othersDetail-oriented and organized with strong follow-throughWilling to learn new software and expand millwork product knowledgeStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutionsComfortable working independently while supporting sales efforts and customer needsRequirementsPrevious building materials, millwork, or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
