Nova Tile is a leading manufacturer and importer of premium-grade natural stone and porcelain tiles and pavers for exterior and interior applications. We bring the finest quality natural stone from various quarries, production facilities, and other sources and extend our quality products to customers across the globe.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our showroom team. This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire sales process—from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up—while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert guidance on natural stone, pavers, and related products
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate materials based on design, budget, and application
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations for timely fulfillment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, inventory, pricing, and industry trends
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and homeowners
Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Client Relationship & Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and support
Take full ownership of the customer experience by actively managing and resolving concerns, questions, or issues in a timely and professional manner
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounting, etc.) to resolve customer matters efficiently
Demonstrate accountability by seeing issues through to resolution whenever possible
Escalate matters to management only, when necessary, specifically when issues fall outside of authority, require approvals, or involve complex disputes
Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach, reinforcing trust and long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (preferably in flooring, stone, or related industry)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
We offer weekly pay. This position is salary + commissions. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm.
