Practice Setting: InpatientSpecialty: CRNATrauma Level: 1Dates of Coverage/Schedule: 3 months with option to extend.START: ASACEND: October 2, 202Shifts:No weekendsNo OB only work8 hour shift: Arrive 7:30 AM. Cases start at 8 AM. 8-hour shift End time is 4 PM10 Hour shifts: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Case will start around 8.Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALSStaffing Model: Supervision. 4:1 or 3:1Case Mix: B&B. GI, Lab colonoscopy, OB- busy at Main/Newark (not required but preferred). Trauma (highly preferred. will try to keep out of trauma if requested but can't guarantee), heads, spine, ortho, plastics, bariatrics. NO: Hearts, Peds (peds treated at another facility).Ages: 13 and aboveVolume: Main OR 3-5 cases/day per CRNA.Credentialing Time-Frame: 90-100 days.
