As a Division Manager (DM), you will report to a regional Vice President (VP). DM's must manage and achieve their Division's productive sales goal on a monthly basis while managing and leading a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, which are responsible for the direct sell of Auris's payroll solutions as well as related products offered in a specified region or major geographical area.Your role as a DM is to recruit and interview TM and PCA candidates, deploy divisional communication, manage PCA/TM activity, develop TMs, build TM business plans, develop, manage, and enhance partnerships across internal teams and external organizations, fostering collaboration and adherence to corporate sales policies and objectives.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting and interviewing to continuously grow the sales team(s)Responsible for managing region and holding team accountable for productive sales goalsContinuously support employees in the field to best understand their challenges and coach up when necessaryMaintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.Provide status updates to VP and/or SVPResponsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including Install Margin Goal %Lead weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with team membersConduct monthly team training sessionsAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as neededSuccessful completion of DMAP TrainingPhase 1: Selling MetricsPhase 2: Leadership Principles + Recruiting TrainingPhase 3: Building a teamMinimum Qualifications18 years of age or olderValid Driver's LicenseSuccessful completion of pre-employment background checkSuccessful completion of DMAP TrainingExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groupsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain consistent sales results each monthStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to take charge and complete objectivesThorough understanding of how to effectively manage the entire sales cycleStrong industry knowledge, as well as working knowledge of the sales processAbility to develop innovative approaches to problem solvingProactive thinker with a strong work ethic and customer focused, entrepreneurial orientationEffectively manage changeAbility to work independently while upholding organizational cultureAbility to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the timePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or a combination of formal training and/or relevant work experienceAt least 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experienceCompetenciesEmotionally and socially intelligentCommunicates effectivelyCourageousAdaptableFosters cultureDevelops talentManages conflictInfluentialReliableDiscerning and decisiveInspires greatnessProductiveCompensation (pay transparency) and BenefitsIt's W2!
