Working on-site in Bedford, TX, you will collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to translate visual concepts and content into responsive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences. Your day-to-day work will include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing sites for speed, SEO, and usability. You will participate in project planning, provide technical input on creative concepts, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and quality assurance testing. The role also involves documenting your work, collaborating in reviews and feedback sessions, and ensuring that each project is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.Qualifications Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming, including experience with modern web technologies and frameworks.Proficiency in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design) with a focus on usability and performance.Experience in Back-End Web Development (e.g., server-side languages, APIs, databases) for building dynamic, data-driven sites.Practical Web Design skills, including collaborating with designers to implement layouts, typography, and interactions accurately.Ability to work on-site in Bedford, TX, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, creative team environment.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing maintainable, well-documented code.Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar), and basic SEO and accessibility best practices.Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
