Assists with running food from the kitchen to serving guest tables. Follows all company service and operating standards. Must be R.A.M.P. certified.Essential Job Duties:Completes table set-up, stocking and clearing duties in a timely manner.Demonstrates knowledge of all menu and daily special items. Answers all guests' questions accordingly.Serve and refill bread & water as directed. Run food from the kitchen to the guest table.Cleans, clears and resets tables, including silverware, glassware, linens, etc., in accordance with established standards.Ensure all stations are clean and fully stocked.Clean tables, booths, floors and other areas around tables quickly and efficiently.Assist guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner.Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned.
