Success here includes speed, accuracy, a detailed focus on cleanliness and food safety, a passion for great-tasting food and expert-level communication. Our goal is to deliver each order to our guest in 4 minutes or less. This order should be accurate to what the guest requested and be fresh.ResponsibilitiesLead the PM Kitchen Team, including 8-13 team members (depending on the forecasted volume of the shift).Coach team members and trainers as we strive to deliver Speed, Accuracy, Quality all while maintaining and Clean & Safe Environment.Be able to lift up to 45 lbs and work around and with various types of industrial kitchen equipment.Be a problem solver - maintain a "can-do" attitude and be ready to adjust based on business needs.Be resilient - we get better through coaching and feedback. Learning from even small mistakes makes us better.Be available to work between 32 - 40 hours a week working either 5 days x 8 hour shifts or 4 days x 10 hour shifts until closing at 11:45 PMDrive a culture of food and team member safety by promoting best practices learned in the ServSafe Manager Course.Lead by example - becoming proficient in all rotating kitchen positions.Balance speed and avoidance of waste by ensuring great communication between team members.Qualifications2+ years of commercial kitchen experience1+ years of people leadership experienceEvening and late night availability as outlined in responsibilitiesPositive attitude and willingness to put guest needs firstServSafe Manager training not required, but preferredBilingual (Spanish & English) not required, but preferredPreviously Chick-fil-A experience not required, but preferredWork schedule* 10 hour shift* Night shiftBenefitsFlexible schedule401(k) matchingPaid trainingChick-fil-A - South Mountain7650 S 24th St, Phoenix, AZ, 85042
