We want to share this approach within the company and with our community at large.Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing client KPIs and CRM reportsProvide boutique teams with regular data insights to drive clienteling actionsSupport the monitoring of client outreach and performance across marketsPerform structured and high-impact analyses across departments to support business needsSupport the database management procedures: access rules, reassignment, merger, flaggingImplement and monitor one to one clienteling campaigns and newslettersClient Communications Campaign Support Assist in tracking ROI and preparing post-event recapsCoordinate boutique needs collect data regarding clienteling animationsAssist in invoicing and supplier paymentsBoutique Collaboration Act as a key point of contact for boutiques on client-related topicsHelp collect qualitative feedback and share best practicesCoordinate inter-boutique deliveries across Europe and support overall office organizationProfile Strong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaborative attitudeFluency in English (other European languages are a plus)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a mustFlexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentGenuine interest in the luxury retail and client experienceWhat We Offer First-hand experience in the heart of client strategy for a luxury MaisonExposure to international markets and direct collaboration with boutiquesA dynamic, cross-functional environment to grow analytical and project skills
