About the job Chief Executive Officer (CEO) The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction of the company in accordance with its mission, vision, and values. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives while ensuring the company's financial and operational success. The CEO will be the primary face of the company and will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic vision for the company in alignment with its mission, vision, and valuesOversee the companys operations, including financial management, budgeting, and personnel managementDevelop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholdersLead the development and execution of new products and services in order to meet customer needsMonitor and analyze the companys performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the companys successRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forumsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsDevelop and manage the companys marketing and communications strategyQualificationsBachelors degree in business, management, or a related fieldProven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior management roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership and decision-making skillsCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholdersKnowledge of business operations, financial management, and budgetingAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentWorking knowledge of applicable laws and regulationsExperience in the video production and/or advertising industry is a plus
