Job Title: Office SupervisorJob Location: 1600 Rock Creek Blvd, Joliet, IL 60431Type: Temp to Hire(3 Months)OverviewWe are seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations and supports human resources functions to ensure efficient office management and organizational compliance.DutiesSupervise daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiencyOversee administrative staff and assign tasksDevelop and maintain office procedures and policiesMonitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate internal communications and documentationAssist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, onboarding documentation)Maintain employee records and personnel filesSupport payroll processing and timekeeping accuracyHelp coordinate employee training and compliance requirementsServe as a liaison between employees and HR leadershipEnsure adherence to company policies and employment regulationsPrepare periodic administrative and HR-related reportsSupport management with operational projectsCoordinate communication between departmentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field2–5 years of administrative or supervisory experienceKnowledge of basic HR practices and employment lawsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systemsPreferred:Bilingual in English and Mandarin
