You'll exclusively serve those you've stood beside: LEO, Fire, and EMS personnel.Former LEO's excel in this role due to their professionalism, credibility with First Responders, and the ability to build trust quickly. An existing working knowledge of shift schedules and rotations are also invaluable in this role.Position Highlights:Represent a niche insurance product specialized for First RespondersExclusive, protected territory — no competing repsUtilize your background to build trusted relationships with Police, Fire, and EMSStructured support, up front & ongoing training, and a dedicated office support teamGroup presentations serving First Responders— NO door-to-door salesResponsibilities:Learn and master our First Responder specialized insurance product lineLearn our 6-step proven system & sales cycle to serve First Responders at agenciesBuild relationships with agency leadership and personnelDeliver a professional, focused, & scripted individual and group presentationMaintain accurate sales & activity records via our provided CRMEnsure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standardsPreferred Background:Law Enforcement or other First Responder experience strongly valued1099/independent business ownership experience a plusConfident, professional, & polished public speaking abilityResilient, self-driven, & disciplined work ethic a mustWillingness to travel within your defined territory. There will be overnight travelInsurance license not required to apply (must be obtained if selected for a territory)Compensation:This is a 1099, commission-only position with no base salary.
