Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and supporting the educational growth of students. The Teacher will work closely with children to promote their social, emotional, and academic development. Duties Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and goals Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress Foster literacy education through engaging reading and writing activities Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support child welfare Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills Skills Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning Experience working with children in various educational settings, including daycare, preschool, or private school environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Experience in teaching physical education or tutoring is a plus Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is advantageous Proficiency in early childhood education practices, including toddler care and literacy education We invite qualified candidates who are eager to make a difference in the lives of children to apply for this rewarding teaching position.
